The room was clean and spacious enough, with new decor throughout; even the breakfast area transformed into a lively bar at night, providing a great hangout spot. The Brooklyn Bridge view from the corridors was stunning! The elevator wait times were a bit long during peak periods, but the exceptional service from Malick and Brittany made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. 😊

As a vegan couple who stayed for a short transit visit in downtown NYC, we appreciated the fun atmosphere and free access to the gym at the hotel. Despite some hiccups like the lack of in-room coffee facilities, the friendly staff, including Jose who went above and beyond, made our stay enjoyable. We would consider returning for the welcoming vibe and convenient location near various attractions.

i had a fantastic time staying at the moxy. the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with sights of the brooklyn and manhattan bridges. the staff, especially selene, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. the italian restaurant across the street was a delightful dining option, and there were great breakfast spots nearby. overall, a wonderful weekend getaway experience that i highly recommend.

I loved everything about the property, very fun and comfortable I felt like I was home. I was offered complimentary drinks for me and my mother. I didn’t have to notify housekeeping; they cleaned my room and made my bed for my three-night stay. The floors of the hotel were very different; it had 6-7 rooms on one wing and 6-7 on the other, so it wasn’t very loud and overpacked. I would stay at the Moxy again. My son and I had a blast exploring the night club and TV room, truly adding to our relaxation. the nearby landmarks such as One World Observatory and Battery Park provided a great backdrop for family bonding moments.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my next visit to this vibrant city.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon during my stay at the hotel. there was some inconsistency in room availability and allocation during the check-in process, leading to initial disappointment.

the room was spotless and comfy. moxy is right down the street from lots of restaurants and close to the subway. also, there's a fun little club inside the hotel. the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and they even offered us champagne upon arrival.

Always a great stay with helpful staff. They even brought me water at night my first time. Everything I need is here - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, and a bar. I'm excited to come back for Easter.

We had an awesome stay here with a great view from our room on a high floor. The location is perfect and it’s easy to get to by subway, with a big station just a few steps away. This place is located in the Financial District next to One World Trade Center. The staff were amazing and super willing to help us out with whatever we needed. The bar was nice and the spaces where we could relax or play were great. This hotel is definitely recommended to family and friends.

Wow, this place was perfect! The staff made me feel like old friends, and the view from my room was unreal. I loved the swinging chair for fun pictures. The gym was small but quiet, and my friend enjoyed it. The free drink tokens were a bonus. The food was amazing, and every little detail, like the games and music in the lift, was on point. The location was great, just a block away from the Fulton Train Station. It was easy to commute to all areas of Manhattan. The room furnishings were great, and I loved how smart and versatile the design team was with the furniture.

Travelling with teenagers made this place the perfect hotel to stay! Don't be put off by the location if you are holidaying and not staying for business as there are plenty of subway lines near by that will take you anywhere you need to go. The recreation space on the 3rd floor is an open bar/restaurant/retro games area with plenty of seating and areas to enjoy a glass of wine or nibble whilst playing games. The bedrooms are small but good for NY standards, very quiet and with a minimalist scandi look. The beds are very comfortable and the shower rooms clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, close to the metro and great area with bars. The views of the city from the 25th floor are incredible.

Loved the cool vibes and friendly staff vibe at the hotel, and its primo location close to all the subways. The bar and rooms were lit, with no need for coffee makers or mini-bars thanks to the dope mini shop with everything you'd want, plus fun games and a hoop to shoot some hoops. The comfy bed and nearby spot for good brekkie made for a solid stay, but rooms were a bit snug, ya know, not a ton of space to move around. 🌟

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it's around the corner from business hubs like the New York Stock Exchange and Brookfield Place, where I caught suits from corporations like Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, the Nomura Group, and Time Inc. The recreation area was a great feature, with a half basketball court that cleverly converts to a meeting room.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of communication about the room cleaning policy, leading to an oversight on the first night.

The lounge was off the hook! We played ping pong, tried our luck on the old school arcade games, and even had a basketball shootout. The DJ was spinning funky tunes and the vibes were on fire!

We would've loved to have a rooftop or outdoor party area to take the fun to the next level.

Let me tell ya, the Mediterranean dishes at GRK Fresh Greek had my taste buds doing the salsa! Plus, The Ainsworth Fidi's vibe was as slick as a Brooklyn loft. The 24-hour check-in at Moxy? Life-saver after a late-night flight.

Now, here's the tea: check-in had us waiting longer than a Broadway show. But hey, the rooms were worth the drama, even if we had to give 'em a little nudge.

The room was cozy and stylish, with a comfortable king size bed, a huge 50" TV, and high-tech features that made everything super convenient. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home.

I personally found the room a bit small, but I can see how others might not mind at all.

La camera era molto confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Il bagno era pulito e ben attrezzato. Lo staff era eccezionale, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Nel complesso, ho apprezzato molto la qualità del servizio e la comodità della struttura.
